There are numerous reasons to pick soft washing over pressure or power wash-ing, but here’s why we think you should:
Power washing creates erosion and strips away materials that might have been loosened up by decomposition or aging. It may be suitable for some projects and not others.
Your property isn’t just dirty – it’s contaminated. Typical power washing simply removes the outer layer of this growth and doesn’t resolve the root of the issue, leaving your surface susceptible again not long after power washing.
Inadequately trained or inexperienced power washers can cause severe dam-age to a roof or other surfaces, particularly if it’s older to begin with.
Pressure washers use from 3 to 8 gallons of water per minute (gpm). In one hour of cleaning, a power washer can utilize from 180 gallons upwards to 480 gallons of water. Conversely, soft washing just uses approximately 60 gallons of cleaning solution, which is comprised of about 40 gallons of water. The cleaning solution is so powerful that it last 4 – 6 times longer than pressure washing, making it more viable for the environment, and your wallet.
We could talk about soft washing all day, but our before and after photo gallery really speaks for itself:
